Beach Bash Nationals

Please review all payment deadlines. If payment in full is not received by the designated deadline, an invoice will be sent and payment must be made within three (3) calendar days of the invoice date to avoid removal from the event. All cancellations must be in writing. NO refunds of any kind will be given under any circumstances if you cancel less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the event. If you cancel sixty (60) calendar days or more prior to the event, you will receive either a refund of 75% of the total paid or, upon request, full credit towards a future event. If the event date or venue is changed or there are any other event-related issues, up to and including cancellation of the event, teams that have paid in full will, upon request, be issued a credit for a future Maximum Cheer and Dance, LLC event. If a team is unable to attend an event due to a weather-related issue, Maximum Cheer and Dance, LLC may, upon request, issue a credit for a future event. Any changes made 2 weeks prior to an event will result in a fee assessed. That fee for 7-14 days prior to an event is $50 and for 0-6 days before an event is $100. This includes ALL Maximum Cheer and Dance events. By signing the registration form, you agree to all Maximum Cheer and Dance policies.
