ASWC Bid Terms: Maximum Cheer and Dance (which includes all Maximum, MaXout, and Allstar Showdown events) is planning to award paid bids at most of our events during the 2023-2024 season. To ensure we continue to provide the level of service and experience that our customers are accustomed to, if an event has fewer than 60 teams registered 14 days prior to the event, we, Maximum Cheer and Dance, have to have the right to change the TYPE and NUMBER of bids being awarded to that event.

Clear bag policy
Clear Bag Policy
In an effort to enhance fan safety, there is a clear bag policy at all events. The policy is consistent with the NFL’s current model, and is used at many other college and professional events.
Clear tote bags that do not exceed 12 in x 6 in x 12 in (or one-gallon plastic freezer bags) will be allowed into our events. Small handheld purses that do not exceed 4.5 in x 6.5 in will be allowed. Fans will be allowed to carry items into the events (binoculars, blankets, cameras, and smartphones).
